Our story
USL was founded in 2005 in Orlando as a staffing company with one goal: bring service-grade care to workforce solutions. Today we staff hospitality, cleaning, events, food service, customer service, administrative, manufacturing, production and operations roles. Two decades later, we're still doing that — with a bilingual team that treats every candidate and every client like a person, not a ticket.
